CEC head says ink samples tested for presidential elections![]() December 8, 2012 - 18:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Central Election Committee (CEC) approved the schedule for conduction of 2013 presidential elections today, Dec 8. As CEC chairman told a press conference, a laboratory examination is currently underway to fix the ink-related problem. “7 ink samples are currently being tested, with works in progress to fix the problems. The final variant will be tested in the presence of media representatives to rule out further problems,” Tigran Mukuchyan said. Technical problems related to the use of ink arose during the parliamentary elections in Armenia. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
