Paper: ex-minister Oskanian to quit Prosperous Armenia?

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to 168 Zham daily, Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s decision not to run for president has spread havoc among party members.

“The decision is even said to have forced Prosperous Armenia members to leave not only the party, but also the country, with former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian among them,” the paper said.
