  Expert deems Kocharian’s comeback possible in 2017-2018 December 13, 2012 - 13:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Armenian president Robert Kocharian must consider options for his possible comeback, political expert said. Armen Aghayan noted former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian and Kocharian’s own resources as options to facilitate the ex-leader’s return, besides the option of Prosperous Armenia leader. The expert further deemed former president’s full comeback possible in 2017-2018. “It’s difficult to reveal Kocharian’s plans,” he said.
