EARLY RETURNS FOR ARMENIAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS NOT YET KNOWN DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The central electoral commission of Armenia does not posses any data on the preliminary results of the presidential elections due to the bad weather conditions. Commission press secretary Lilit Sedrakian said. In her words, thereupon the commission did not receive and provide information on the elections from district electoral commissions by 2:00 p.m. as planned beforehand. Let us note that according to the 6-th item of article 7 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia, the noon (local time) after the election day the commission should make public the number of constituents, who had participated in the vote.
