Armenian PM, U.S. Vice-President discuss bilateral ties![]() December 14, 2012 - 15:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan visited the White House Thursday, December 13 to meet the U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden. At the meeting, the parties focused on the prospect of the development of Armenia-U.S. ties, as well as Yerevan-implemented reforms. Mr. Sargsyan also met with Millennium Challenge Corporation (MIC) CEO Daniel W. Yohannes to discuss Armenia’s joining a MIC program, governmental press service reported. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees.
