Expert says Prosperous Armenia leader’s decision no boycott![]() December 14, 2012 - 18:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Caucasus Institute deemed the unification of the opposition impossible even in case of Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s running for president. “All of the opposition forces will nominate separate candidates,” Alexander Iskandaryan said, adding that Prosperous Armenia’s votes will be divided among the incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan, Heritage leader Raffi Hovannissian and ARF Dashnaksutyun’s candidate. Dwelling on Prosperous Armenia party’s announcement to neither nominate a candidate, nor back any of the presidential hopefuls, the expert dubbed Tsarukayn’s decision policy rather than boycott. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
