  Armenian President says conduction of fair polls priority December 15, 2012 - 16:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The leader of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), President Serzh Sargsyan named conduction of fair elections a priority for Armenia. “Today, as a state, we are capable of conducting elections based on free competition, near absolute freedom of expression and unrestricted expression of will, and we are determined to move even further in that direction,” President Sargsya s   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
