  Special parliamentary session kicks off in Yerevan December 17, 2012 - 13:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Assembly’s special session kicked off Dec 17, with parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan congratulating Robert Sargsyan and Arman Sahakyan on election as MPs. Armenian government earlier offered NA speaker to hold a special session Dec 17, with economic issues, tax package, amendments to a law on gambling games and gaming houses included on a 14-point agenda.
