  NSC Secretary to visit Russia December 18, 2012 - 12:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan will pay a working visit to Russia on Dec 18. He will attend the joint meetings of CSTO Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils, Councils of Foreign and Defense Ministers, as well as Collective Security Council sitting. Different aspects of the organization’s activity have been included in the meeting agenda, NSC press service reported.
