As Farhad Mammadov told a news conference, “the absence of the third force between the conflicting parties stimulates conditions for a resumption of a war.” As he noted, Azerbaijan has never ruled out the use of force in restoring its “territorial integrity,” which he claimed is a “natural right” of the country.
