ARMENIA HAILS ELECTION IN KARABAKH

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia hails the parliamentary election in Nagorno Karabakh, stated Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian at a news conference in Yerevan today. In his words, it is another opportunity to strengthen democratic institutions in the country, as well as for elected representatives of the people to represent the interests of their electors. Thus Nagorno Karabakh has again proved its will to form on its own the authorities that are responsible for the Republic and the people. As noted by V. Oskanian, the election returns are not known yet, however observers have positively evaluated their course.
