As Sergey Minasyan noted at a discussion, the struggle will be waged between political teams and individuals, rather than ideas. Heritage parliamentary group member Tevan Poghosyan, in turn, voiced hope for conduction of free and fair polls. “No new surprises will be recorded during the elections,” member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) said, adding that May 6 parliamentary polls were the best in the past few years. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
