Criminal case instigated over release of Oskanian- Zurabyan talk![]() December 21, 2012 - 21:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A criminal case has been instigated over the interception and release of the private conversation of Armenian National Congress (ANC) bloc coordinator Levon Zurabyan and former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian, the ex-minister’s lawyer said. “The MPs were summoned for investigation today, Dec 21, with everything proceeding in accordance with the law,” Tigran Atanesyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Though the MPs didn’t submit a separate report on the crime recorded, they were summoned as witnesses, asked to present the details of the meeting. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan.
