  Heritage congress kicks off in Yerevan December 22, 2012 - 12:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The 9th congress of Heritage party kicked off in Yerevan. As party member Anahit Bakhshyan noted in her opening speech, a civil meeting signaled the start to the congress. The congress is set to confirm party leader Raffi Hovannissian’s nomination for the upcoming presidential elections. In conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Heritage spokesman Hovsep Khurshudyan said the party will hold a confidence stance ahead of the polls. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
