Armenian businesses fined AMD 250 mln in 2012December 25, 2012 - 13:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) adopted 214 decisions in 2012 regarding unscrupulous business entities, SCPEC chair said. As Artak Shaboyan told Dec 25 press conference, the total amount of fines imposed on unscrupulous businesses amounted to about AMD 250 mln in 2012 against AMD 10 mln of the past years. SCPEC head further noted that the number of disputed decisions grossed 7 in 2012, with 3 of them remaining unchanged.
