Yerevan Municipality to allot AMD 505 mln for kindergarten repairDecember 26, 2012 - 20:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan Municipality has addressed the over-enrollment problem in kindergartens, with the results to be summarized following the New Year, head of municipality’s department of general education said. “159 kindergartens currently operate in Yerevan, with the number of the children enrolled rising to 30 000 following the introduction of the free system,” Gayane Soghomonyan told a press conference. Dwelling on the kindergarten conditions, she said Yerevan Municipality will allocate AMD 505 mln for furnishings and repair works in 2013.
