  Expert dismisses prospects in Armenian-Turkish ties December 28, 2012 - 13:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s foreign policy preserved the status quo in 2012, political expert said. Dwelling on Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, Levon Shirinyan hailed RA army’s steps aimed at adequately retaliating for Azerbaijani attacks, noting Baku’s lack of confidence in its combat readiness. The expert further dismissed prospects in Armenian-Turkish relations.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
