Paper: CEC undecided on need to remove current leader’s portraysJanuary 10, 2013 - 13:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, Central Election Commission (CEC) of Armenia is still undecided on the need to remove portrays of the incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan from school buildings ahead of the elections. In conversation with the paper’s reporter, CEC head Tigran Mukuchyan said he is still undecided whether Serzh Sargsyan’s portrays are a campaign tool. “Any study would reveal that it represents more an anti-campaign tool,” the paper says.
