MEETING DEDICATED TO YEAR OF ARMENIA IN FRANCE HELD IN MARSEILLES

PanARMENIAN.Net - On the occasion of the Year of Armenia in France a meeting with the participation of about 50 heads and representatives of the Armenian-French organizations was held in Marseilles, RA MFA press center reported. During the meeting Armenian Ambassador to France Edward Nalbandian familiarized the participants with the draft program of events scheduled within the frames of the Year. The ideas and proposals advanced during the meeting will be submitted to the special governmental commission. The interlocutors noted that the decision by the Presidents of the two states is the evidence of the high level of the Armenian-French relations. They also stressed that the Year of Armenia in France will render a brilliant opportunity to present the Armenian cultural values to France and the whole Europe. To remind, the year of 2006 was declared the Year of Armenia in France.
