DRAFT FRAMEWORK CONVENTION ON KARABAKH ISSUE SENT TO OSCE MG

PanARMENIAN.Net - Members of the US-Russian Working Group of the Dartmouth Conference on Regional Conflicts have sent the Draft Framework Agreement on the Peace Process in the Region of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh to OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. The document in question was worked out in Moscow in the course of the eighth round of the dialogue between representatives of the society of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh. Aram Sargsyan, a participant of the conference, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Armenia, stated it, reported Regnum news agency. In his words, the document will also be submitted to personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk soon.
