 ODIHR observers briefed on Heritage head’s letter to current leader January 19, 2013 - 19:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage leader, presidential candidate Raffi Hovannissian met with representatives of OSCE/ODIHR delegation. The upcoming presidential elections in Armenia were in the focus of the discussion, with observers further briefed on Raffi Hovannissian’s letter addressed to the incumbent president Serzh Sargyan, specifying 15 steps essential to conduction of free, fair and legitimate elections, the press service of Heritage leader’s campaign headquarters reported.
