 President Sargsyan briefs on “Armenia-Iran” railway construction January 23, 2013 - 19:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with the voters of Meghri city on Jan 23, briefing them on the common historical practice, when the strongest dynasties and families ensured the protection of the country’s borders. “Times have changes, with regular army fulfilling the function now,” President Sargsyan said, hailing the southern city residents’ diligence, aspirations and peaceful dreams. The incumbent president further briefed on the two programs essential to the province and all of Armenia: North-South highway and Armenia-Iran railway construction works.
