 President says OSCE/ODIHR observer mission important January 25, 2013 - 21:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met Jan 25 with the head of OSCE/ODIHR observer mission, ambassador Heidi Tagliavini. Mr. Sargsyan, who will run for re-election in February, stressed the importance of OSCE/ODIHR observer mission and its goal to make professional assessment of electoral processes.
