P. DOBRIANSKY: KOCHARIAN-ALIYEV MEETING WILL INTRODUCE SERIOUS CHANGES TO KARABAKH ISSUE

PanARMENIAN.Net - The meeting of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Kazan can become a milestone in the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, US Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs Paula Dobriansky stated in Baku. «The US advocates the soonest settlement of the conflict. This fits the interests of Azerbaijan, as well as the US,» she remarked. In Dobriansky's words, OSCE Minsk Group US Co-Chair Steven Mann stated the talks follow a constructive and positive course. «I am sure that the meeting between Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia to be held in August will introduce serious changes to the matter,» the US Under Secretary summed up.
