The text, cited from Heydar Aliyev Foundation, alludes to “1 million refugees and 20% of Azerbaijani territory.” The petition, which also refers to “Armenia’s failure to fulfill 4 resolutions of UN Security Council”, may be put on the agenda of the U.S. Congress, once it attracts 100 000 supporters until Feb 22. It also noted the U.S. as an OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair pursuing mediatory activity on Karabakh conflict settlement.
