Ruben Tovmasyan further noted it senseless to nominate a candidate due to incumbent president’s privileges, adding that the situation will remain unchanged following the Feb 19 polls. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
