CoE SECRETARY GENERAL TO VISIT BAKU IN SEPTEMBER

PanARMENIAN.Net - Council of Europe Secretary General Terry Davis will visit Azerbaijan early September to watch the preparations for the parliamentary elections to be held in Azerbaijan November 6, Azeri media reported. To note, earlier CoE representative Mats Lindberg said Mr. Davis will meet with the Azeri leadership to stress the significance of the upcoming parliamentary elections.
