PanARMENIAN.Net - When addressing the Carnegie Foundation in the U.S. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov stated that the United States did not propose Azerbaijan to deploy military bases in the country. "On the whole the Azeri adheres to the position of "limiting unnecessary military presence in the Caucasus", he noted.
