Eva Mendes joins Ryan Gosling's "How to Catch a Monster" February 6, 2013 - 16:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Eva Mendes and Rob Zabrecky have joined the cast of the Ryan Gosling-directed "How to Catch a Monster" at Bold Films, Dark Horizons said. The story is set against the surreal dreamscape of a vanishing city and centered on a single mother of two being swept into a macabre fantasy underworld while her teenage son discovers a secret road leading to an underwater town. Mendes will play 'Cat', a prominent figure of the Big Bad Wolf Club. Zabrecky plays a cab driver. Christina Hendricks and Ben Mendelsohn have already been cast, and filming is slated to begin this May.
