Russian Foreign Ministry comments on Stepanakert airport![]() February 7, 2013 - 21:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman commented on Moscow’s stance on Armenian side’s intention to launch the airport in Nagorno Karbakh Republic capital Stepanakert. According to Alexander Lukashevich, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs have repeatedly commented on the issue. “OSCE MG c-chairs were assured by the sides as to their intention to refrain from use of force against civil planes, the latters also said that the issue will be settled through diplomacy,” Lukashevich said quoting the co-chairs’ statement.
