  ANC to hold special meeting on Feb 23 February 8, 2013 - 21:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc has announced a decision to hold a special meeting on Feb 23 to discuss the initiative of forming an ANC party. A decision has been taken for 40 regional institutions of ANC to hold meetings on Feb 9-21, the bloc’s press service reported.
