Mkhitaryan: Shakhtar will play to win in match vs. Borussia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan, featured on the cover of Shakhtar magazine, presented the January issue to the FC fans.

The presentation was followed by a Q&A session on Shakhtar vs. Borussia Dortmund match to be hosted February 13.

“In a match against Borussia, we’ll play to win. I’ll try to score as many goals as I can, yet the team’s victory is what matters - much more so than an amount of goals scored,” Shakhtar official website quoted the player saying.

With 12 rounds left till the end of Ukraine championship, Mkhitaryan said he’ll need to score even more than he’s already done to help the team win the championship.

“I’ll try to score a lot of goals to win this trophy. But, with Lionel Messi having already netted 34 goals, it will be very difficult. Still, I will try to score as often as possible,” Mkhitaryan said.
