Artsakh President visits commando unit

PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan visited Monday, Feb 11, one of the commando units of the Defense Army, to observe the servicemen’s daily life and hand gifts to some of them.

The Commander-in-Chief of the NKR Armed Forces considered important the role of the special forces in strengthening Artsakh’s defense capacity and said that consistent improvement of this type of forces’ combat readiness will continue to be in the spotlight of the army’s command and authorities.

Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan, representatives of the Defense Army supreme command staff and other officials accompanied the President, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
