Armenian boxers to participate in 3 international tournaments

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chief coach of Armenian boxing team Karen Aghamalyan said the final squad will be formed following the country’s championship.

In conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reprorter, Mr Aghamalyan highly assessed the physical preparedness of Ararat Mkhitaryan, Aram Kirajyan and Hovhannes Bochkov.

The team will hold the first practice session on Feb 25, with 17-18 boxers to participate.

“Five athletes will later perform at Czech international tournament. The rest of the team will participate in Ukraine and Kazakhstan. These two tournaments will further determine the line-up for the European championship,” the coach said.
