Yerevan to hold mayoral elections in May![]() ![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan will hold city council elections on May 5, to be followed by mayoral elections. The draft decision on city council elections was taken at government’s Feb 14 sitting. Under RA law on local self-government in Yerevan, the city council consists of 65 members, elected for a four-year term. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
