Coach slams IOC decision to drop wresting from 2020 Olympics

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chief Coach of Armenia's Greco-Roman wrestling team commented on International Olympic Committee (IOC) Executive Board’s decision to drop wrestling from 2020 Olympic Games.

“These are mere rumors. Wrestling was included in the Olympic program during the Olympic revival and it will be nonsense to drop it from 2020 Games,” Levon Julfalakyan said.

IOC will take a final decision on the Olympic program at its 125th session in Buenos Aires.
