Syria’s Assad appoints seven new ministers![]() February 13, 2013 - 10:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Syrian State TV showed pictures of Syrian President Bashar Assad heading a meeting of Syrian government, with seven new ministers joining the cabinet after they made their oath in Damascus on Tuesday, Feb 12, according to Reuters. The ministers include, Hussein Farzat Minister of Housing and Establishment, Hussein Arnous Minister of Public Works and Hassan Hijazy as Minister of Labor. Assad said during the meeting that those who are fighting in Syria, are trying to destroy the infrastructure of the country. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. Partner news |
