38-year-old Armenian deportee dies in Moscow![]() February 13, 2013 - 11:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A 38-year-old Armenian man awaiting deportation died at a police station in Moscow on Wednesday, Feb 13, RIA Novosti reported. The man, whose name was not reported, had been held in the center for foreign detainees following a February 6 city court ruling. The man died of a heart failure, according to a preliminary examination, but there were no details of his health prior to being detained. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees. Friday night 8 trees were torched along the beautiful main entrance.
