The observers have already familiarized themselves with the work carried out by the election districts of Armenian provinces of Vayots Dzor, Syunik, Tavush and Gegharkunik, the mission headquarters told PanARMENIAN.Net . The Central Election Commission of Armenia (CEC) has released a manual on voting regulations for visually impaired persons ahead of Feb 18 polls, with detailed information also available on the CEC special website. The police earlier presented the electronic version of the voter register, to be later published on the CEC website. CIS observer mission will announce its assessment after the polling day. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
