No alternative to peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict - Estonia envoyFebruary 15, 2013 - 21:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Vice-speaker of parliament Eduard Sharmazanov met with the Estonian Ambassador to Armenia Priit Turk. At the meeting, Sharmazanov hailed development of Armenia-Estonia ties, stressing the importance of mutual visits in their further intensification. As Sharmazanov noted, Armenian parliament speaker has scheduled a visit to Latvia and Estonia this year, which may further boost parliamentary ties between the countries. The envoy, is turn, dwelled on a May 1-5 visit of Armenia-Estonia parliamentary group members to Yerevan, with Estonian parliament’s foreign relations committee delegation to also travel to Armenia in spring. The parties further focused on Armenia-Turley ties and the settlement of Karabakh conflict. Sharmazanov welcomed Estonia’s balanced position on the issue and assistance in the settlement of the conflict. As the envoy noted in this context, there’s no alternative to peaceful settlement of the conflict.
