The survey was conduced among Armenian and Artsakh residents to reveal their viewpoint on normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations without preconditions and Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. “48.4% of respondents in Armenia said they were for unification of Artsakh with RA, 30.8% - for independence, 14.6%-for de facto independence, 0.6%-for NKR’s joining Azerbaijan. Issues related to economic growth, job creation, reforms in the fields of education, healthcare and judicial system were noted as priorities both in Armenia and Artsakh, with the importance of Karabakh issue coming 8th and 7th in Armenia and Artsakh respectively,” the sociologist said. 41.5% of Armenia and 31.5% of NKR -based respondents said they were for normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations without preconditions, with 55.2% and 65.5% of Armenia and NKR citizens against the move.
