  Some authorized reps. absent at polling stations February 18, 2013 - 15:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Only incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan’s authorized representative Harutyun Bayramyan was present at No. 10/18 polling station as of 10.20 am local time. As Bayramyan told PanARMENIAN.Net no incidents were reported, with polls following their normal course. According to the head of Central Election Commission (CEC) Tigran Mukuchyan, 126 out of 15 904 authorized representatives were absent at polling stations.
