10,92% voters cast ballots in Armenia’s elections as of 11 am![]() February 18, 2013 - 12:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - As of 11 am, 275 982 (10,92%) voters cast ballots in the February 18 presidential elections in Armenia. According to a deputy chair of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Laura Galstyan, 86 601 (10,5%) voters cast ballots in Yerevan. In Armenia’s provinces, the votes were cast as follows: Aragatsotn - 11 422 (9, 99 %,) Ararat - 30 817 (14,46 %,) Armavir - 18 887 (8,41%,) Gehgarkunik - 23 970 (12, 85% ,) Lori - 27 775 (11, 68%,) Kotayk - 22 695 (9,76%,) Shirak - 18 244 (7,96%,) Syunik – 16 603 (15,13 %,) Vayots Dzor - 4 573 (9,68%,) Tavush - 14 385 (13,26 %.) Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
