 46 20.02.13 - RA presidential candiate Raffi Hovannisian's rally in Freedom Square                                                   ANC rep: much depends on Hovannisian’s decision  February 20, 2013 - 19:16 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - A member of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc, MP Nikol Pashinyan delivered a speech at Feb 20 rally, with former presidential candidate, Heritage leader Raffi Hovannisian’s supporters participating. “Raffi Hovannisian won the vote of public confidence. He must decide on ways to turn it into a de jure victory. I am certain that the outcomes of February depend on Raffi’s decision,” he said. “Dear citizens of Armenia. It’s again February and we have again gathered here. Let’s honor the memory of March 1 victims. No more victims! No more defeats! Long live freedom! Long live the Republic of Armenia. Long live our children that will live in free Armenia! ,” Nikol Pashinyan said.  Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
