I will answer people’s questions at Feb 22 triumphant rally. Armenian people will celebrate their victory,” Mr Hovannisian said, urging his supporters to gather in Yerevan’s Liberty Square on Friday, Feb 22, at 5 pm, local time. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
