  French leader congratulates Sargsyan, vows to back Karabakh settlement February 21, 2013 - 21:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - French President Francois Hollande congratulated his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan on reelection. In his congratulatory message, the French leader expressed hope for Sargsyan’s reelection to promote democracy, stability and welfare of Armenia. Hollande expressed France’s support for peaceful and fair settlement of Karabakh conflict, pledging to contribute to solution of the issue as an OSCE Minsk Group co-chair and a friendly country.
