 Mayor of Armavir to resign? February 25, 2013 - 11:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armavir municipality has not yet confirmed the reports about mayor, member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Ruben Khlghatyan’s resignation. In conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the municipality representative noted himself unauthorized to answer the question, saying that a meeting was ongoing at the moment. It’s noteworthy that reelected president Serzh Sargsyan lost to Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian by the number of votes garnered in Armavir city.
