The meeting, chaired by Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, featured speeches by the chief of Department of Staff and Military Education Mher Shirinyan and head of D. Kananyan Institute of National Strategic Studies Hayk Kotanjyan, representatives of military education field and army commanders. In his speech Minister Ohanyan stressed the importance of staff changes and the programs implemented in the military educational field, defense ministry’s press service reported.
