 Gyumri police chief dismissed from post March 1, 2013 - 20:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Police chief Vladimir Gasparyan signed a decree to dismiss head of Gyumri department, Colonel Vahan Danielyan, police spokesman said.
