Levon Zurabyan, Arman Musinyan, Nikol Pashinyan, Aram Manukyan were among those present, with the bloc leader Levon Ter-Petrossian absent. “Ter-Petrossian won’t join ANC representatives,” bloc member Aram Manukyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
